MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide high-quality dining service for residents on the PM shift. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming dining area with attention to resident preferences and safety standards.

The role requires weekend availability, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers full-time benefits and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older or have proper work permit and authorization.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain dining areas, seat residents, and ensure a clean, sanitary environment.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with meal delivery to rooms and restocking dining supplies as needed.
• Support kitchen and dining operations and participate in teamwork and safety compliance.
