MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents, ensuring meals are served promptly and professionally. You will maintain dining areas, assist residents with meal choices, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while supporting a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment.

The role requires 18+ with clear background checks, reliable attendance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or able to provide proper work authorization.
• Must complete required background clearances and health screening.
• Must possess basic counting skills for meals/residents tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Must operate standard serving equipment (salad bar, heating cart, trays).
• Must comply with state-specific regulatory requirements (food handling, safety).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain clean dining areas, reset tables, and ensure proper table etiquette.
• Engage with residents and guests, assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans as directed by supervisors.
• Report safety or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.
