Responsibilities include seating residents, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean dining area. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a positive, resident-centered approach to daily duties.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal selections, and attend to dining needs as required.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans.
• Greet and seat residents warmly, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
• Deliver meals to residents' rooms if requested and assist with tray retrieval when needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety protocols.
• Assist with stocking, rotating inventory, and supporting kitchen/dining operations.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor promptly.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values in daily activities.
