Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to deliver exceptional dining service in our community. You will take orders, serve meals with attention to resident preferences, and assist with seating and dining room upkeep.

The role emphasizes hospitality and high-quality service in a resident-centered environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and able to work evenings including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant operations or willingness to learn.
• Must be 18+ years old with proper work authorization.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dining service and take accurate food orders.
• Assist residents with menu selections and seating arrangements.
• Maintain dining areas, tables, and serving stations for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans as directed.
• Deliver meals and remove trays, including room service when needed.
• Follow food safety and service protocols and report safety issues.
