Job summary

Graceworks Lutheran Services is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Senior Living Sales team at Bethany Village in Centerville, OH. This role focuses on driving census across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living, with initial emphasis on Memory Care expansion and later cross-coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, pipeline management, and daily operational leadership; requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in senior living

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior living sales experience filling and sustaining census.
• 2+ years of supervising, coaching, or leading a sales team.
• Strong consultative selling skills with families through sensitive decisions.
• Experience with Independent Living sales or willingness to cross-train.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial fill and stabilization of Memory Care; cross-cover across ASL, Memory Care, and IL.
• Sustain census in Independent Living via pipeline management.
• Set and track department goals for inquiries, tours, conversions, and move-ins; report results.
• Plan for turnover and rapid re-fill of vacancies; manage wait lists.
