Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager in Ohio to guide families from initial interest to move-in. You’ll be on the ground inside and outside our communities, building relationships with healthcare, financial and faith partners to generate referral leads.

You’ll partner with leadership to craft and execute plans that drive occupancy and revenue goals. We offer onboarding, benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate referral leads from medical, financial, religious, and local professionals.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales/marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
