Grace Management, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Living Move-In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team. The role focuses on managing the move-in process, lead follow-up, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining materials, and ensuring accurate documentation while upholding company standards and resident privacy. This is a full-time on-site position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience with senior living industry preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and email etiquette.
• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and flexibility for travel as needed.
• Drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales & Marketing Department and manage move-in process for new residents.
• Lead management and closing sales with prospects and families.
• Coordinate sales events and allocate marketing expenditures under supervision.
• Maintain marketing materials, forms, checklists, and move-in packets.
• Assist with move-in paperwork and ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Build relationships and contribute to a sales culture within the community.
