Job summary

Grace Point Place Memory Care in Chicago seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the community’s sales strategy, admissions workflows, and marketing programs. You will build relationships with referral sources, oversee move-in coordination, and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in sales/marketing, preferably in senior living.
• Bachelor's degree can substitute for up to three years of experience.
• Knowledge of budgets, lead tracking and communications methods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the sales and marketing program for the community and oversee admissions functions.
• Create annual sales and marketing plan and quarterly updates.
• Monitor occupancy and sales reports and present to senior leadership.
