Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals—from initial discussions with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote across the USA or Canada.

You will close deals within a $2M annual quota by engaging owners and operators across multiple locations, guiding multi-stakeholder negotiations.

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Ability to engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
