Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing strategic opportunities across senior living operators and home care networks.

You will work with inbound meetings and a dedicated sales development team to close multi-location deals that cover entire groups, often 3–12 month cycles and high-value negotiations.

Qualifications

• Close $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts, with a strategic, consultative approach.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers in agency services.
• Long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with several decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand after signing to include more locations and services.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for high-impact deals.
