One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi-stakeholder, requiring persistence and strategic negotiation. Your seat focuses on closing multi-location opportunities with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership.
