Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies with multi-location communities. As Director of Business Development, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with a 2M annual quota and no direct reports.

You will close strategic accounts across locations, guided by inbound and our sales development team, and expand after signing to cover more communities and services.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a group signs.
