Winchester Gardens in Maplewood, NJ is seeking a full-time Director of Sales to lead residency sales for independent living and assisted living. The role involves managing the sales process, coordinating with administration and guiding Sales Counselors and Coordinators to meet move-in goals.

Five years of related experience is preferred; experience in senior housing sales, marketing or promotions is desirable. The position offers PTO, holidays and benefits with SSL guidelines in mind.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a comparable position is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, public relations, promotions or sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participates in market planning and goal setting with leadership.
• Assists in hiring, motivating and training Sales Counselors and Coordinators.
• Monitors and improves sales effectiveness and ensures program compliance.
• Manages the sales process from inquiry through deposit and move-in.
• Keeps leads and communication documented in the tracking system.
