Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Proven sales closing skills with high occupancy results.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue by leading the full sales process.
• Serve as main contact for inquiries and walk-ins, converting leads to move-ins.
• Develop outreach to grow professional referral networks.
• Conduct discovery with prospects to identify needs and placements.
• Document sales activities in CRM and coordinate with leadership.
• Coach staff and implement strategic sales initiatives.
