Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living in Edina, MN is seeking a driven sales professional to join a two-person team serving seniors across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role offers commission, growth, and the chance to build relationships with residents and families, shaping census development and community presence.

The right candidate will have direct sales experience in senior living, excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to meet occupancy goals in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience with proven results.
• Experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours and education to visitors.
• Coordinate move-in with residents or family by ensuring the room is ready and paperwork is completed accordingly.
• Communicate move-in info to staff.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure timely assessments.
• Participate in local organizations to raise awareness of the community and services.
• Attend weekly department head meetings and assist in marketing plan execution to improve occupancy.
