TSP talent is seeking a resident-first guidance professional in the United States to help older adults and families explore senior living options such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. You will listen to individual needs, educate prospects, and support the decision-making process.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, guide community visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a welcoming resident experience.
