Coulter Services is seeking a Retirement Living Counselor to guide older adults and their families through senior living options, explaining care levels from independent living to skilled nursing. You will build trusting relationships, conduct tours, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, timely follow-ups, and outreach to support occupancy goals while upholding empathy and integrity in all interactions.
