Tharp Consulting seeks a compassionate Retirement Living Counselor to guide older adults and families as they explore senior living options. You will listen to needs, explain community offerings, answer questions, and support transitions.

You will coordinate visits, build trust through clear communication, and collaborate with community teams to create a welcoming, resident-first experience.

Competenze

Prior experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, respectful approach.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and guide families through complex choices.
Relationship-building mindset and teamwork orientation.
