Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Retirement Living Counselor to assist older adults and families in choosing suitable senior living communities and services. You will listen to individual needs and provide clear, compassionate guidance on independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

You will coordinate community visits, arrange assessments, and guide residents through the move-in process, building trusted relationships with timely follow-up and cross-department
