Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve occupancy level and revenue in line with marketing plans.
• Manage the sales process by understanding prospects’ needs and presenting services.
• Coordinate all sales activities including visits, assessments, and move-in forms.
• Increase community awareness through external events and local involvement.
• Review sales trends and coaching outcomes for success.
