• Experience in independent, assisted living, and memory care preferred.
• Licenses in good standing.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Directs initiatives across multiple locations with local leadership teams.
• Defines scope, leads meetings, and manages project plans.
• Ensures risk management and resource availability across sites.
• Develops operational workflows and process improvements.
