Belmont Village Senior Living in Chicago's Lincoln Park is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to drive occupancy for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will partner with an experienced Community Relations Sales colleague to build relationships, generate qualified leads, and represent a premium senior living brand in the Gold Coast/nearby areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience; 1 year in senior living or related field.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Interest in working with older population.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM software.
• Reliable attendance essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales partner to achieve occupancy targets.
• Demonstrate strategic sales/marketing approach to move-in.
• Maintain referral networks with physicians and community partners.
• Maintain an accurate lead database daily.
• Plan and participate in marketing events.
• Collaborate with sales partner, management team and corporate support.
