Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve occupancy levels and revenue according to plans.
• Manage the sales process by understanding prospects’ needs and educating them about services.
• Coordinate activities for sales, including visits to prospects’ homes and move-in forms.
• Increase community awareness through outside events and local involvement.
• Review sales trends and marketing plans to coach communities toward successful outcomes.
