Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time shifts to deliver quality care in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, participate in care planning, and communicate with the Director of Nursing to uphold nursing standards.

The ideal candidate has an approved nursing education, an IL RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience, with a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
One year nursing experience required.
Commitment to professional nursing standards and ethics.
Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

Provide daily nursing care per standards and care plans.
Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit.
Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
Explain nursing procedures and mentor staff.
