Covenant Living is hiring a Registered Nurse in Evanston, IL to deliver high-quality care across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, participate in care planning, and communicate with physicians and families as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license with at least one year of nursing experience, demonstrating compassion and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily direction and monitor LPNs and CNAs.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing on assessments and concerns.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to staff and physicians.
• Provide direct resident care as per standards and regulations.
