Covenant Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care across assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care units in our Illinois facilities, including Northbrook. The role includes direct resident care, staff supervision, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing to ensure standards of practice.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an approved nursing program with an active RN license in the state and at least one year of nursing experience, showing

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• One year nursing experience necessary.
• Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
• Skill in assessing problems, planning and evaluating solutions in relation to supervision of LPNs and nursing assistants.

Mansioni

• Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards.
• Assist in motivating LPNs and CNAs assigned to the nursing unit.
• Explain nursing procedures and assist staff to ensure understanding and training.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding assessments, observations, and concerns.
• Observe and evaluate residents' health and communicate changes to staff.
• Notify physician and family when indicated.
