Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure quality care through assessment and monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning, and daily resident assessment.

The RN will provide direct resident care and work within nursing standards and state/federal regulations in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license with at least one year of nursing experience, displays compassion for seniors, and can coordinate

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• One year nursing experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards.
• Motivate LPNs and CNAs assigned to the unit.
• Explain nursing procedures to staff and ensure ongoing understanding.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing about assessments and concerns.
• Observe and evaluate residents' health and notify physician/family as needed.
