Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee daily nursing care in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. You will mentor LPNs and CNAs, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license, have at least one year of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekend and beyond-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• One year nursing experience necessary.
• Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
• Skill in assessing problems and planning solutions with supervision of LPNs and CNAs.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English).

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards.
• Motivate LPNs and CNAs assigned to the nursing unit.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing regarding assessments and resident needs.
