Job summary

HumanGood is seeking Resident Services Coordinators who are passionate, organized, and compassionate toward residents. You would organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents, helping them maintain independence in the community.

This full-time position is based in Riverton, NJ, with Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules. Pay is $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, and psychosocial needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
