Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in New Jersey. The role involves organizing and evaluating the Social Services program to meet residents’ psycho-social needs, including assessments and maintaining resident records to help residents continue living independently in the community.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years in social services, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA & privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
