HumanGood in New Jersey is seeking Social Services Coordinators who are passionate, organized, and compassionate toward residents. You will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs, including resident assessment and maintaining records.

This full-time role offers Monday-Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM with pay range $23–$25/hour, depending on experience. You will help residents live independently and connect them with community services, while upholding

Formación

• 1+ years of case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor's Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident's health, psychological and social needs
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA & all other privacy standards
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
