Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to organize and evaluate our Social Services program, addressing psycho-social needs of residents and linking them to supportive services to help them live independently.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related program (gerontology, psychology, recreation therapy).
• Bilingual English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and all other privacy standards.
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members.
