Job summary

HumanGood in Glassboro, NJ is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who is organized and compassionate to coordinate social services for residents.

You will assess needs, link residents to supports, and help them live independently in the community. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25–$27 per hour, dependent on experience.

A Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, 1+ year case management, and bilingual English/Mandarin are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual — English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission history, health, and social needs.
• Organize and implement the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs.
• Maintain resident records and ensure linkage to supportive services.
• Collaborate with community team members to promote a positive living experience.
