Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Social Services Coordinator in Glassboro, NJ to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents and help them live independently in the community.

The role requires 1+ years of case management, 2+ years of social services, and a Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field (gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy). Schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am–4pm; pay is $23–$25 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor's Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident's health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA & all other privacy standards.
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members.
