Job summary

HumanGood in Riverside Township, NJ seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program, meeting residents' psycho-social needs and linking them to supportive services for independent living. This full-time role requires strong organizational and compassionate care.

Qualifications include 1+ year in case management, 2+ years in social services (preferably senior care), a Bachelor’s in a related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, and psychosocial needs.
• Organize, implement and evaluate Social Services programs to meet residents' needs.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Promote a positive living experience and collaborate with the community team.
