Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator in Marlton, NJ to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program for residents’ psycho-social needs. You will assess residents, maintain records, and ensure they access supportive services to live independently in the community.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and bilingual English/Mandarin are required, with 1+ year in case

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
• Promoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
