Job summary

HumanGood in Oaklyn, New Jersey seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents through case management and social services. You’ll assess needs, promote a positive living experience, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with the care team.

The role requires 1+ year in case management, 2+ years in social services, a Bachelor’s in social work or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin. Social services certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of case management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field (gerontology, psychology, recreation therapy).
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission/social services history and overall health.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with the community care team to support residents.
