Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Delaware County, PA to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents. You will assess needs, maintain records and link residents to services to help them live independently in the community.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour and a robust benefits package including PTO, health plans and a 401(k) match. Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of case management experience required.
• 2+ years in social services, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission history, health and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
