Job summary

HumanGood in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program for residents. You will assess psycho-social needs, maintain records, and connect residents with needed services to help them live independently in the community.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of case management, 2+ years in social services (preferably senior care), a Bachelorb4s degree in social work or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• Bachelorb4s Degree in social work or related field such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & privacy standards
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
