Job summary

HumanGood seeks a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents, supporting psycho-social needs and independence within the community. This full-time role includes resident assessments, records management and linking residents to essential services to help them live independently.

The position requires 1+ year case management experience, 2+ years social services experience (preferably in senior care), a Bachelor’s Degree in

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
• Promoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
