Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Jenkintown, PA to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program for residents. You will help residents stay independent in the community by addressing psycho-social needs and maintaining records.

The role requires 1+ year of case management, 2+ years of social services experience (preferably in a senior care setting), a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA & all other privacy standards.
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members.
