Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Spokane, WA seeks a full-time Receptionist for a day-shift role. You will greet residents, visitors and staff, answer phones, and manage light clerical tasks to support campus operations and resident well-being.

The wage is $19–$21 hourly DOE. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills; healthcare clerical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical experience, preferably healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff; provide information and directions.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Handle mail, deliveries, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate visitation and appointment records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Keep reception area organized and welcoming.
• Support transportation scheduling and guest meal coordination as needed.
