Job summary

Aviva Senior Living is seeking a Concierge/Scheduler for our front desk to greet residents and visitors, manage sign-ins, and coordinate care staff coverage. This role requires a courteous approach, strong communication, and attention to detail.

On-site hours are Monday–Friday, with remote on-call; candidates should be able to handle scheduling, calls, and coverage efficiently while maintaining high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Scheduling experience in senior living preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Word and Excel; Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors professionally.
• Manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform residents or staff of arrivals.
• Arrange activities and collect fees; maintain records.
• Maintain resident information databases and phone lists.
• Schedule staffing for resident assistants to avoid overtime.
• Respond to call outs and schedule changes, including remote coverage.
• Attend in-service classes and staff meetings.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
