Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Consultant to guide Senior Living and Long Term Care clients through product implementation, providing training and best practice workflow recommendations. You will deliver high-value consulting that drives RCM transformation via MatrixCare product adoption, train customer teams on RCM tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior Senior Living and Long Term Care industry experience.
• Ability to become a MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert.
• Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.
• Attention to detail and professional presentation skills for complex projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance affecting the healthcare industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through software implementation and training in RCM.
• Deliver high-value consulting to drive RCM transformation and product adoption.
• Provide best-practice workflow recommendations for MatrixCare customers.
• Deliver targeted training leveraging RCM performance and reporting tools.
• Manage feedback loops to account management and product teams to improve CX.
• Collaborate with implementation and training teams to build best practices.
• Present as an RCM SME in e-learning content and live trainings.
• Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.
• Utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.

Education

Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance or Accounting
