Job summary

The position emphasizes coaching, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while meeting SLAs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience leading Intake and Resupply operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day functions of the Intake Management Revenue Cycle team.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and development of team members.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for new customers in RCM Intake Services.
• Provide status updates and performance reviews to customers; coordinate with internal teams.
• Support Resupply processing with payer compliance and documentation standards.
