ResMed Inc. is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Consultant to lead MatrixCare software implementations for Senior Living and Long Term Care clients. You will train customer teams,Recommend best practice workflows, and collaborate with account management to improve overall customer experience.

The role requires traveling up to 75% and leveraging analytics to drive customer success, with a focus on regulatory compliance and delivering high-value consulting services.

Qualifications

Experience in Senior Living and Long Term Care industries.
Ability to become a MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert.
Understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from issue identification to resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through MatrixCare software implementations and training.
Provide best practice workflow recommendations to drive RCM transformation.
Deliver training and respond to customer queries with detailed presentations.
