Job summary

ResMed seeks an Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Consultant to become a Subject Matter Expert for its Senior Living and Long Term Care customers. You will lead clients through software implementations, providing training and best-practice workflow recommendations.

Responsibilities include delivering high-value consulting to drive RCM transformation with MatrixCare, offering training on RCM performance tools, and collaborating with account/product teams to enhance customer success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Senior Living and Long Term Care.
• Ability to become a MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance affecting Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Healthcare software implementation and training for RCM teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value RCM consulting to drive adoption of MatrixCare in Senior Living and LTC.
• Provide best-practice training on MatrixCare RCM performance and reporting tools.
• Manage customer feedback with account and product teams to improve experience.
• Support implementation and training to build best-practices for deployments.
• Act as SME to e-learning content team and present monthly trainings.
• Provide status updates to management using standard reports.
• Apply analytics to drive customer success.
