Job summary

ResMed is seeking a high-impact Operations leader to supervise the Revenue Cycle Intake Management team, ensuring HIPAA compliance, SLA adherence, and optimal client outcomes. You will drive performance, coach staff, and coordinate across Intake, Resupply, and Sales Order Confirmation workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably HME/DME.
• Experience leading Intake, Resupply, or Revenue Cycle teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance billing guidelines.
• Strong supervisory and people-development skills.
• Experience managing multi-project initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise day-to-day functions of the Intake Management Revenue Cycle team.
• Drive performance, coaching, and development of direct reports with minimal errors.
• Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customers into RCM Intake Services.
• Monitor KPIs for Intake and Resupply operations and take corrective actions.
• Manage escalations and prepare client-facing progress reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Resupply, and Revenue Cycle teams on process optimization.
