Arrow Senior Living Management in the Kansas City area is seeking a Plant Operations Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure safe, high-quality facilities for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least two years supervisory maintenance experience, HVACC knowledge, OSHA familiarity, strong communication, criminal clearance, and a health screening; position is full-time with competitive pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in apartment or other multiple unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing; landscaping a plus.

Responsabilités

• Keep Quality Consistent: Ensure physical building and grounds are maintained to high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Be a Maintenance Manager: Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping, including budget, staffing, and compliance, for efficient and safe operation.
• Be a Community Girder: Maintain resident satisfaction and address requests promptly.
• Be a Safety Scout: Maintain safety for employees, guests, and residents, including environmental hazards and emergencies.
