Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance, overseeing operations with a focus on resident satisfaction, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. HVAC certification and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Leadership and supervisory experience across multiple maintenance/housekeeping teams.
• Strong communication and safety compliance know-how for elderly care facilities.
• Must meet health standards and be able to pass health screening.
• Criminal clearance and clean driving record required.
